To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, ensuring that the Signature Logo Buckle and Sheepskin Insoles show no signs of wear. Because our shoes are "thoughtfully crafted" to prevent discomfort, we take quality concerns seriously and will evaluate any claims regarding manufacturing defects in our proprietary folding technology.

  • Return Window: Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase for unused items.

 

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from our retail partners (such as Takashimaya or Isetan) is required.

 

  • Condition: Shoes must be returned in their original packaging to protect the "buttery-soft genuine leather".

 

  • Exclusions: Items purchased during "Exclusive Perks" or influencer promo code events may be subject to different terms.
